Monday:  Cafe Rio Chicken Tacos (Yep...still haven't had these!  The chicken is in the crock pot, though-so we are good to go, tonight:)
Tuesday:  Tilapia (Frozen, from Costco) & Crock Pot baked potatoes
Wednesday:  Shrimp Scampi (Coscto, frozen) & Texas Toast
Thursday:  Chili (in freezer) & Rhode's Rolls
Friday:  Out
Saturday:  Leftovers/Out
Sunday:  Leftovers/Out
